Our Goal Is To Serve You
Transition Management
Our transitional management services help boards and county leaders with DSS Director recruitment/selection, providing Interim Director/Management and help interim and new directors through their initial stages of transition.
Executive Management Consulting and Development
ExecLink provides on-going consultation to DSS Directors, Human Services Directors and County Managers on DSS operational support including areas such as human resources, fiscal, program administration, communications and performance management.
Administrative Assessment and Organizational Development
Through organizational assessment we work with you to identify areas of improvement, streamline processes, and help you run your county DSS more efficiently. Our organizational development services help improve the organizational structure, leadership, and management practices. We work with you to identify areas of improvement, develop a customized plan, and implement change to optimize your business. Reports may include fiscal/budget, organizational structure and a report of priority issues.
Strategic Planning
ExecLInk provides a full array of strategic planning services which may include a one year plan of goals and strategies or a multi year plan seeking higher long term impact outcomes.
Executive Training
ExecLink provides Boards, Directors and Executive Teams with executive level leadership and supervisory training to help optimize their abilities to govern, manage and lead their departments .

Hi, I am Glenn Osborne, Managing Partner of ExecLink, LLC. I recently retired after a storybook career as a successful Human Services Director. Despite the fact I loved my job, the people I worked with and those I served, it was time for a new career, one which allows me to work at my own pace and continue to put my years of success and expertise to work.
